4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Consultation Form Data

Submissions from the consultation form are transmitted to our internal systems via third-party service providers. All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption. These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies and security practices; their servers may be located outside Australia.

4.2 Analytics and Behavioural Data

Analytics and behavioural data — including session recordings, heatmaps, interaction events, and demographic signals — is collected via third-party tools and may be stored on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States and other jurisdictions. We may configure these tools to collect the maximum data permitted under applicable law, including behavioural signals, frustration signals, cross-device identifiers, demographic estimates, interest categories, and advertising audience data.

4.3 Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose your information in the following circumstances:

5.1 Service Providers

We engage third-party service providers to operate the Website and process data on our behalf, including providers for:

  • Email delivery of consultation form submissions
  • Website analytics and visitor behaviour tracking
  • Website hosting and content delivery

These providers may change from time to time. Each operates under its own privacy policy and data processing terms. Where required, we enter into appropriate data processing agreements with these providers.

5.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).

5.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Your Rights Under Australian Privacy Law

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), you have the right to:

  • Access — request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Correction — request correction of inaccurate or out-of-date information
  • Deletion — request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements

7. Cookies, Analytics, and Behavioural Intelligence

7.1 Analytics Tools

We use third-party web analytics tools that use cookies and similar tracking technologies to measure and optimise Website performance. These tools collect data including:

  • Pages visited and time spent on each page
  • Click paths, interaction events, and goal completions
  • Device, browser, and operating system information
  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Demographic and interest data inferred from browsing activity
  • Traffic sources and referral data
  • Cross-device and cross-session user identifiers
  • Audience segments and remarketing signals

7.2 Session Recording and Heatmap Tools

We use third-party behavioural intelligence tools that record and replay individual browsing sessions. These tools may collect:

  • Full session recordings — a visual replay of your mouse movements, clicks, taps, scrolling, and on-screen interactions during your visit
  • Heatmaps showing aggregated click, scroll, and area-engagement patterns across all visitors
  • Frustration signals including rage clicks, dead clicks, and abrupt exit behaviour
  • Text entered into visible input fields (we apply masking to sensitive fields such as passwords and payment details, but other input content may be captured)

Session recordings are used internally to diagnose usability issues, identify friction points, and improve page design and conversion rates. Recordings may be retained for up to 90 days or as otherwise permitted by our service providers' data retention policies.

7.3 Your Controls

We may configure all analytics and behavioural tools to collect the maximum data permitted under applicable law. You can limit data collection by adjusting your browser settings to block or delete cookies, or by using browser extensions that block tracking scripts. Note that doing so may affect Website functionality. Some analytics tools also offer opt-out mechanisms through their own privacy settings or browser add-ons.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to:

  • Manage your enquiry and any resulting engagement
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. We will action your request promptly, except where retention is required by law.
