Payment information is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store and is not collected by us.

- App Store and Google Play Store: When you make in-app purchases, Apple App Store and Google Play Store collect payment information, device identifiers, and purchase transaction data. This data is subject to Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies. We only receive product identifiers and purchase status information from these stores.
- Cloud Storage: We use third-party cloud storage services to store your account-related data, including but not limited to: name interaction data, partner relationship data, bundle access information, purchase records, free bundle grants, and feedback submissions.

4. Data Storage and Security
4.1 Local Storage
Your name preferences, interaction data, and purchase information are stored locally on your device using local database technology. This local data includes:
- Names you have viewed and liked
- Filter preferences
- Purchase history (product identifiers, bundle identifiers, purchase dates, subscription purchase dates)
- Bundle access grants
- Session cache data (if you log in, your user identifier, email, and session status are cached locally for faster app startup)
If you use the App without creating an account (guest mode), your data is stored locally with a guest identifier and remains on your device only. Guest data is not transmitted to our servers.
This local data remains on your device and is not automatically transmitted to our servers unless you choose to enable cloud sync (by logging into an account).
4.2 Cloud Storage
If you create an account and log in:
- Your account-related data is stored on third-party cloud servers, including but not limited to: name interaction data (viewed/liked status with timestamps), partner relationship data, bundle access information, purchase records, free bundle grants, and feedback submissions
- This allows you to access your preferences and purchased content across multiple devices
- Data is transmitted to cloud servers using HTTPS/TLS encryption (standard for web communications)
Note: Data stored on third-party cloud servers is subject to those services' security practices. While these services may offer encryption at rest as an optional feature, we cannot guarantee that all data stored on their servers is encrypted at rest unless explicitly configured. 4.3 Partner Data Sharing
When you connect with a partner:
- Your liked names are shared with your connected partner to enable mutual likes functionality
- Your partner can see which names you have both liked
- Partner relationship status and connection requests are stored in the cloud
- You can disconnect from your partner at any time, which will stop sharing your liked names
4.4 Purchase Data Storage
- Purchase information (product identifiers, purchase dates, transaction dates, bundle identifiers) is stored locally on your device
- This data is used to manage your access to premium bundles and subscriptions
- Purchase data and bundle access information may be synced to cloud storage if you have an account and cloud sync enabled
- Payment information is never collected by us and is handled entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store
4.5 Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including:
- Secure authentication through third-party authentication services
- Access controls
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmitted to and from our servers
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Your use of the App and website is at your own risk.

- When you connect with a partner, your liked names are shared with that partner
- When you submit feedback, your feedback (including user identifier and platform) is stored in our cloud database

5.2 Service Providers
- Authentication and Cloud Storage Services: We use third-party services for authentication, cloud storage, and backend services. These services process your data in accordance with their privacy policies and terms of service. Your data is stored on servers which may be located outside of Australia.
- Apple App Store: When you make in-app purchases on iOS, Apple processes your payment and collects device and transaction information in accordance with Apple's privacy policy.
- Google Play Store: When you make in-app purchases on Android, Google processes your payment and collects device and transaction information in accordance with Google's privacy policy.
- Website Analytics Services: We may use third-party analytics services on our website to understand usage patterns and improve our services. These services may collect anonymous usage data in accordance with their privacy policies.
- Other third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App and website, conducting our business, or serving our users

When you make in-app purchases:

- We receive product identifiers and purchase status from the stores
- Purchase information (product identifiers, bundle identifiers, purchase dates, transaction dates) is stored locally on your device
- We use this information to grant you access to purchased content
- We do not collect or store your payment information
- Purchase data and bundle access information may be synced to cloud storage if you have an account and cloud sync enabled
For subscription products, we store subscription purchase dates locally to manage subscription expiration according to the subscription terms.

- Posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and on our website
